Manager’s Report
There will not be a regular monthly Board of Director’s meeting in December. The board will be meeting in executive session to consider a legal update and a contractual matter. Both of these items are proper items to consider in executive session under the Freedom of Information Act, along with personnel issues. If there is anything from the executive session that needs action and a vote, the board would come out of executive session and consider motions and votes to becomepart of the official minutes of the board.
