May’s Drink of the month will be “Margarita”
- May 6th – Cinco De Mayo Celebration!! We will be having a Taco Bar, feel free to bring along your favorite Cinco De Mayo dish to share with others. We will also be celebrating May Birthdays at 7pm on this evening!
- Saturday, May 7th- Kentucky Derby Party
- Calhoun’s opens at 5pm, race is at 6:45pm
- Wear your best hat, there will be a “People’s Choice” prize awarded for the favorite hat!
- Mint Juleps will be available
- Thursday, May 19th- Third Thursday Trivia! Calhoun’s opens at 5:30, Trivia starts at 6:30pm
YOGA: Every Saturday 10:00am at the Clubhouse

Buy a Brick Fundraiser Campaign
Help us to pave our way to a better looking future at our Clubhouse by purchasing a brick/bricks in memory or in honor of a loved one, represent a family name, or better yet- YOUR Business/Friends Business. This fundraiser is open to the Greenwood Community, great opportunity for local businesses to advertise within our Gatewood Community. The cost for an engraved brick is $100.

Our very OWN Gatewood Recipe Book coming to you SOON! DEADLINE May 5th~
We have learned that there are some pretty amazing cooks and recipes in our community! In fact, the recipes are too good NOT to share. We are asking every household to share one or more of your favorite recipe (s). Please submit your recipe (s) via email to donna.hasting@gatewoodclub.com or by dropping them off to Donna at the Clubhouse office. We will create a “Gatewood Community Recipe Book”. Once the book is completed it will be available for purchase for $5. We will also be hosting a “Recipe Book Kickoff ” event at the Clubhouse. This event will cost $5 per person to attend and taste all the great recipes. More details on that to come!
