The Clubhouse Committee is very pleased to say that we have had tremendous support at Calhoun’s and at all the Clubhouse events. We are also happy to report that we have had more rental income at the Clubhouse so far this year, than we had in the last several years!As many of you have heard the exciting news, we are building a deck onto the back of the Clubhouse and putting in a Firepit/Conversation area on the grass aside the pool, towards the lake. To assist in purchasing the furniture needed for the Deck and Firepit area we will be conducting a few fundraising campaigns. We would appreciate your support by participating in one or both of the following fundraiser campaigns. As always, thank you in advance for your support. Our community would not be as GREAT as it is without our GREAT members.

Our very OWN Gatewood Recipe Book coming to you SOON!

We have learned that there are some pretty amazing cooks and recipes in our community! In fact, the recipes are too good NOT to share. We are asking every household to share one or more of your favorite recipe (s). Please submit your recipe (s) via email to donna.hasting@ gatewoodclub.com or by dropping them off to Donna at the Clubhouse office. We will create a “Gatewood Community Recipe Book”. Once the book is completed it will be available for purchase for $5 in. We will also be hosting a “Recipe Book Kickoff ” event at the Clubhouse. This event will cost $5 per person to attend and taste all the great recipes. More details on that to come!

BUY A BRICK FUNDRAISER CAMPAIGN

Help us to pave our way to a better looking future at our Clubhouse by purchasing a brick/ bricks in memory or in honor of a loved one, represent a family name, or better yet- YOUR Business/Friends Business. This fundraiseris open to the Greenwood Community, great opportunity for local businesses to advertise within our Gatewood Community. The cost for an engraved brick is $100.To purchase a brick/bricks, stop by the Club- house and see Donna Hasting or give her a call at 864-223-6450.
