Gatewood Community
Gatewood is a 450 acre landscaped, gated, covenant-restricted, planned community, with recreational amenities in Greenwood, South Carolina. More importantly, Gatewood is a community of residents and families, some of whom, have lived here since the early 1970s. There are 238 homes with one new home under construction and several remaining lots available.

Property Owners Association
The association is governed by an elected board of directors and operated by management and staff. The association has member and resident committees which include the Finance, Architectural Review, Landscaping, Clubhouse, Tennis, Communications, and Social Committees.
